What this site collects

The site sets no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no accounts. Browsing the site sends us nothing about you. Your cart is kept in your own browser until you check out or clear it.

When you place an order

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects the information needed to complete your purchase: your name, shipping address, email, phone number if provided, and payment details. We receive the order information needed to roast and ship your coffee, never your full payment details. Stripe describes its own handling of your data in Stripe's privacy policy.

How order information is used

To fulfill your order, send your confirmation and shipping emails, and answer replies you send to those emails. Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
